Any senior or retired Veteran homeowner in need of home repairs for safety and accessibility issues. Must own their homes as we cannot make repairs on a rental property. No cosmetic repairs. Service is free. We cannot do roofing, landscaping, major plumbing or major electrical work. We can't provide services to rentals. Call for full details.

Program Description:
The Senior and Retired Veteran Home Repair program provides eligible homeowners with repairs to their homes to address safety issues such as grab bars, porch railings, install smoke detectors, fix rotted boards in entryways, and some weatherization. No cosmetic repairs. Service is free. We cannot do roofing, landscaping, major plumbing or major electrical work, and no longer provide lawn care or snow removal services.
**The home repair program is for homeowners only, can not make repairs on a rental property.
