Program Description:
Society’s Assets Home Care Services provide personalized, in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes and communities. Services may include assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, routine household tasks, meal preparation, mobility support, and other individualized needs based on each person’s care plan.
