Program Description:
Special Fitness provides a specialized personal fitness experience for all individuals with cognitive, behavioral, and physical disabilties, ages 5yrs and older. Trainers design and facilitate a fully customized exercise routine that is tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals. Special Fitness serves as a role model, mentor, teacher and a friend to help improve the mental and physical health of every participant. Special Fitness makes it possible for anyone to exercise and accomplish their fitness goals. Services are provided at client's home, local gym or local park. Fitness routines are tailored to the individuals needs and goals while facilitating a safe and effective workout. Services provided by Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, ACE Special Olympics Inclusive Fitness Certified trainers who are also AED/CPR Certified. Recreation Guide
