St. Catherine Commons Community offers Market Rate, independent living apartments and villas designed for adults age 55 and older. Assisted Living and Memory Care options are also on campus. - St. Catherine Commons does not have an endowment fee or long-term commitment. - Lively, comfortable common area available for resident events or private get- togethers - Maintenance-free living - Housekeeping services available - Some apartments & Villas have beautiful views of Lake Michigan - Outdoor areas for personal gardening and enjoyment - Pet friendly SD, PP, Market Rate
