Adults and children with a mental illness and individuals seeking behavioral health services who meet outpatient treatment criteria.
Fee schedule available upon request. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. Self-pay rates available. Call for details.
Complete a new patient intake and information packet. Contact the clinic to schedule an initial screening. A clinician will complete an assessment to determine eligibility, identify treatment needs and recommend appropriate services.

Program Description:
KHDS Behavioral Health Clinic provides out-patient psychiatric and psychotherapy services to adults and children with mental health concerns.
**Behavioral Health and substance use Resources, include information related to mental health and substance use disorders, life stressors and crises, as well as stress-related physical symptoms. Behavioral health care refers to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of these conditions.
