Eligibility:
**This is only for owners of manufactured homes and owned the home for a year or more and the home is a 1976 or newer. Applicants must be at or below 50% of the Wisconsin median income to qualify. Single person household,$36,700; 2 person household, $41,950; call for limits for larger households. The applicant is responsible for at least 10% of he cost of the project

Program Description:
The Helping Hands Grant program is designed to assist Wisconsin low-income mobile and manufactured homeowners who need critical repairs to their primary residence. Critical home repairs are those that are essential to remain in the home. The program does not include those items deemed to be cosmetic in nature. Applicants must meet all requirements of the grant program. SD, PP
