Program Description:
Offers non-emergency transit for seniors and people with disabilities, in wheelchair accessible vehicles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Offers also long distance and out-of-state transports upon request. Wheelchair accessible transportation provider for Southeastern Wisconsin. Our primary service area includes the counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha. However, we do provide long distance wheelchair accessible transportation to any location. Fees may vary outside the primary service area.
The first escort rides free, then $6 each way for any additional escort needed.
There are three options for return trips: "will -call" which means the client will call the driver when they are finished with appointment; If the driver is asked to wait till appointment is completed, there is a $48/hr fee, billed in 15 min. increments; or can provide an exact return trip time when making a reservation.
