Program Description:
Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights can assist with retirement plans offered by private and government employers, including: - Pension plans - 401(k), 403(b), and 457 “defined contribution” plans - Profit-sharing plans - Cash balance and other hybrid pension plans Pension and Retirement Rights often helps workers, retirees and their families in these areas: - Filing claims and appeals to obtain retirement benefits - Obtaining and explaining retirement plan documents - Correcting benefit miscalculations - Assisting with recoupment actions - Assisting with suspension of pension benefits issues - Obtaining spousal and other survivor benefits - Locating retirement benefits from former employers
