Program Description:
VMP Healthcare & Community Living offers ventilator care. Specialized respiratory staff partners with area Pulmonary physicians to provide the best possible care for the patients we serve. These specialists all work together to meet the very needs of not only the patient, but their families as well. Promote weaning with a goal of sending patients back to their home. We also work with home care agencies to help make the transition home easier.
VMP Manor Park, offers 23 private rooms, 10 in the Palmer Ventilator Unit, and 13 in the Maplewood Ventilator Unit. Specialty team work together, and also with home care agencies to help make he transition to home easier.
