Eligibility:
All riders must be ambulatory, Kenosha County residents. The program serves older adults and adults with a disability that have difficulty using public transportation
Fees:
Fees: *Effective 4/1/24* Trips 5 miles or less are $6.00 for one way. Trips of 6 or more miles are $1.00 per mile. Riders need to provide a credit/debit card to the office
Intake Process:
Ambulatory transport only. Call for reservation. Requests for rides must be made at least 48 hours in advance however, more notice is recommended. Rides based upon availability of a driver

Program Description:
Rides are provided by volunteer drivers and dependent on the availability of drivers. Riders must be ambulatory and/or able to get in and out of the car independently. Provides transportation for medical appointments, errands,and light shopping. Requests for rides must be made at least 2 business days in advance, however more notice is recommended. **Effective immediately, VTS is making a change to improve efficiencies for riders and volunteers. They are no longer accepting cash payments for the ride. They will be taking credit or debit cards. If a consumer does not have a credit or debit card, VTS will work with the rider to find a solution which may include invoicing them. SD, Transportation, PP
