Program Description:
Providing services and support to individuals, families, and caregivers with past or present involvement with foster care, adoption, reunification, kinship, and guardianship. The purpose of the WiFCC is to provide information, connection, referral, training, and support to: - INFORMATION & REFERRAL Information, referral, and resources tailored to your current situation Resource Library with books, DVDs, and instantly downloadable resources such as tip sheets, articles, resource kits, and more Robust, easy-to-navigate website: wifamilyconnectionscenter.org SUPPORT Ability to connect with members of our Statewide and Regional Teams via phone, email, virtual, or in person for coaching, guidance, and support in finding resources to meet your family’s needs Voluntary, post permanency, short-term case management services. CONNECTION - Family Fun Events - Support Groups - Opportunities to connections EDUCATION - Webinars - Conferences - Facilitated learning and discussion groups - A learning management system to track your training
